Our services are unique as the purpose is to provide guidance on how to develop your insight and practically apply that knowledge, rather than provide emotional counselling. We offer counselling sessions as well as coaching sessions with a specialisation in burnout and chronic illness, respectively. Given our distinctive approach, we offer a 30-minute, first-time free session, so that we can answer any questions you might have about our approach and see if we are a good fit. If not, we are happy to refer you to an appropriate practitioner in our trusted network.

My psychological consulting services are designed to help individuals enrich insight into their personal psychological functioning and learn how to better apply that knowledge in their lives. By exploring hidden patterns, beliefs, and emotions, my clients can make informed decisions that enable healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Build Healthy Connections
Understanding how we relate to others is essential for developing and maintaining healthy relationships. Together we consider the interpersonal dynamics that shape and influence our behaviour. By exploring relationships, communication styles, and attachment patterns, I guide clients in enhancing their connections with partners, friends, family, and colleagues.
Psychological flow
My approach supports the development of what I call ‘psychological flow.’ This refers to maintaining a state of feeling present and grounded in our environment in terms of your desires, motivations, and actions. In my experience this is best achieved by removing obstacles that prohibit you from being in the zone of daily life. By making informed changes to our routines and habits, enriching our perspectives, and nurturing our relationships, we enable a healthy ‘psychological flow.’

One hour sessions in which we use an open-ended and exploratory approach to develop a basic understanding of your needs, motivations and talents. It is unstructured and has the benefit of allowing more room for creative understanding. This is advised for people who are seeking assistance with low self-worth, social anxiety, relationship stress, feelings of loneliness, perfectionism, burn-out and impostor syndrome.

I offer sessions exclusively through an online platform. Our online sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform that meets stringent security and confidentiality standards. This platform encrypts communication to safeguard your privacy, ensuring that your sessions remain confidential and protected against unauthorised access.
To prepare for your online therapy sessions, I recommend the following:
1. Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection to minimize disruptions during the session. We also advise finding a quiet and comfortable space where you feel at ease and can focus on the session without interruptions.
2. Preferred Device: It is essential to have a computer, tablet, or smartphone that meets the minimum system requirements for the video conferencing platform. This will ensure a smooth and uninterrupted session. We can discuss the technical aspects in further detail during your initial consultation.
3. Confidentiality: Find a private space where you can speak openly and honestly during the session. Consider using headphones to ensure your privacy.
